WHAT TIME ZONE IS MY COURSE?

All courses on our schedule are either in Pacific Daylight Time (PDT) or British Summer Time (BST).

DO I NEED A SUSPENSION TRAINER?

It is recommended to have access to a TRX Suspension Trainer during the live training to take full advantage of the education. The Instructors will take you through an interactive experience. However, not having one does not disqualify you from taking the course. You may still take the course, take notes, take in the content, continue reviewing, and when given the opportunity to get your hands back on a TRX Suspension Trainer, apply your learnings.

I AM INJURED OR UNABLE TO PERFORM THE EXERCISES - SHOULD I STILL ATTEND?

This course does assume participation, HOWEVER, not participating does not disqualify you. We suggest you 'attend' the course, participate where you can, take notes, and apply your learnings when you can get back on your Suspension Trainer. 

There is no practical assessment in the course.

CAN I USE NON-TRX BRANDED SUSPENSION TRAINER?

This course is specific to the TRX® Suspension Trainer™ and its functionality. The TRX team cannot speak to the safety or functionality of other suspension training systems in the marketplace. Please be advised TRX is not liable for any injury or issue that arises with the use of a non-authenticated TRX Suspension Trainer in conjunction with the TRX Curriculum.

I ORDERED A SET OF STRAPS, BUT THEY WON'T ARRIVE ON TIME - WHAT DO I DO?

Apologies for the delay. We are experiencing higher-than-normal order volume, and while our operations team is trying to get all orders out as quickly as possible, there are delays.

It is recommended to have access to a TRX Suspension Trainer during the live training to take full advantage of the education. However, not having one does not disqualify you from taking the course. You may still take the course, take notes, take in the content, continue reviewing, and when given the opportunity to get your hands back on a TRX Suspension Trainer, apply your learnings. 

If you would like to move to a later date to ensure you have your straps, we are happy to reschedule your course. Please let us know what date works for you and email us at reschedule@trxtraining.com

THERE ARE TWO OF US IN THE SAME HOUSE - CAN WE BOTH TAKE THE COURSE?

Yes! However, each person is required to be registered for the course, as well both logged into Zoom under the email account you registered with for your TRX Course. But you may share a Suspension Trainer and work back and forth as partners in the course.

DO I NEED TO UPGRADE MY ZOOM ACCOUNT OR HAVE WEBCAM, MIC/AUDIO?

You do NOT need to have an account with Zoom to access these courses. TRX hosts a license which allows our users to attend the virtual training.

No microphone or webcam requirements are needed for the course, just the use of a phone, tablet, or personal computer that is attached to the internet. For best quality, we recommend hard-wiring into your internet router. 

HOW DO I ACCESS MY COURSE MATERIALS?

You should have received a confirmation email with instructions on how to set up your TRX portal account to access your course materials. Please check your spam folder.

If you did not receive a confirmation email, please email us at education@trxtraining.com with your full name and course date and time.

I TRIED TO LOG INTO MY TRX PORTAL ACCOUNT. IT SAYS "USER DOES NOT EXIST" - WHAT DO I DO?

You will need to register for a new account by clicking the REGISTER button on the right. Your account is not automatically created when purchasing the course from our website.

I TRIED TO LOG INTO MY TRX PORTAL ACCOUNT. IT SAYS "INVALID USER ID AND/OR PASSWORD" - WHAT DO I DO?

Please make sure you are using the same email address with which you purchased the course. Make sure your caps lock is disabled and click “Forgot your password?” to reset your password, if needed.

I TRIED TO LOG INTO MY TRX PORTAL ACCOUNT. IT SAYS I NEED TO VERIFY MY EMAIL - HOW DO I DO THAT?

Please check your inbox and spam folder for the email and link to verify your email address. If you did not receive it, please email us at education@trxtraining.com.

Once verified, open a new screen to log in and access your account.

I ATTENDED THE COURSE, BUT IT SAYS I CANNOT PROCEED UNTIL I AM MARKED ON THE ROLL CALL - WHAT DO I DO?

Roll call will be completed within 48 hours from the end of your course. You will get a confirmation email prompting you to take the exam.

HOW DO I CHECK IN FOR ATTENDANCE?

We will be tracking attendance based on your login into Zoom and the number of minutes attended during the webinar. 

No worries if you may have used a different email to access the Zoom webinar—we will cross-reference both names and email addresses with your registration.

IS THERE AN EXAM?

Yes. There is a 50-question, multiple-choice exam that requires an 80% passing rate, with 3 allowed retakes. You will gain access to this 48 hours after the course after roll call is completed. You will receive an attendance confirmation email prompting you to take the exam.

IS THE EXAM TIMED?

No. The exam is not timed and you will have access to the exam for 4 weeks.

I PASSED THE EXAM. HOW DO I GET MY CERTIFICATE?

Log into your account in the TRX portal and access the Continuing Education tab. From your list of Completed Courses, click on the gearbox on the far right and select “Print Certificate”.

HOW DO I UPDATE MY NAME ON MY CERTIFICATE OR ON MY ACCOUNT?

Log into your TRX portal account and access your Account Details by clicking on the upper right icon then selecting “My Account”. Changes will be reflected once you log out then log back in again.

WILL THERE BE A RECORDING AVAILABLE AFTER MY COURSE?

No. There will not be a recording of the course distributed, but there will be supporting materials available in your TRX account after the course.

ARE THERE CECS FOR THIS COURSE?

CEC’s will be granted for those that attended the live course and have completed and passed the online exam.

STC Graduates will receive CECs from the following organizations: NASM 0.7, ACE/ACSM 0.6, AFAA 7.0, Can Fit Pro 4.0, PTA Global 7.0, CIMSPA 3.5

I LOGGED INTO MY TRX PORTAL ACCOUNT AND MY PROFILE IS SHOWING NO COURSES IN PROGRESS. HOW CAN I FIND THEM?

Please make sure you are logging in with the same email address with which you purchased the course.
