Randy Hetrick is the creator of the TRX Suspension Trainer - perhaps one of the most prolific pieces of exercise equipment in history. Over the past three decades, Randy has built a record of unique accomplishments, including collegiate athlete, 14-year Navy SEAL Officer, and bootstrap entrepreneur and inventor - holding more than a dozen patents. Randy earned a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern California; a Master’s degree from the Naval Postgraduate School, Monterey; and an MBA from Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business, where he is a contributing lecturer on entrepreneurship, branding, and leadership. Randy was recently named by Entrepreneur Magazine as one of the “50 Most Daring Entrepreneurs of 2017”, based on his path-breaking role battling online counterfeiters and other IP infringement.
As Head Strength & Conditioning Coach for the South Carolina Gamecock Football Program, Coach Jeff Dillman is no stranger to creating winning teams and empowering environments. His motivational style and tough-love approach has helped him lead multiple teams to National Championships (LSU, Appalachian State, University of Alabama), Baseball World Series appearances, Basketball Championships and Final Four appearances (men's and women's), and guided him during his time as Director of S&C at IMG Academy where he trained world renowned athletes such as Maria Sharapova, Cam Newton, and Joey Votto. One of the nation's most successful S&C Coaches, Dillman credits past programs and colleagues for teaching him the importance of creating cultures that allow individuals to thrive, regardless of adversity - which is still the foundation of his coaching style.
