TAKE IT OUTSIDE PART 2

CREATING A PLAYGROUND CIRCUIT

The pandemic isn't over. The government continues to recommend wearing a mask, social distancing, minimising exposure if you have pre-existing conditions, sanitising, and above all, taking your activities outside when possible. Lucky for us, autumn is the perfect season for serving up your training sessions, classes and circuits alfresco.

In light of this, we've been arming you with some tools and tips for training in the great outdoors in our "Take It Outside" Pro Series. You can check out part 1 of this series, Park Circuit Set-Up here . This week, TRX maven and owner of Q-Fitness, Quincy Williams, takes us through a playground circuit that integrates Suspension Training, Rip Training and Bodyweight Training. So have fun and get after it ....
