I have the full app through Google Play. I'm changing my operating system for iOS. How can I download on the iPhone?
I love this app. I feel that I get a great overall workout that is strengthening me while increasing flexibility and balance! The videos are easy to follow and extremely helpful. They explain the correct form, so that the exercise is done safely and in a way that achieves maximum potential. The built in timer is easy to use. I really appreciate having it built into the exercises. I love attending TRX classes, but the scheduled times no longer work for me. I am now working out at home and love the flexibility.
I've only used it a couple of times since buying and downloading it. On my second use I discovered the time clock on the left side of each round/exercise and found that very helpful. I use a program called iCardio with a HR monitor and plan to set up my workouts to load directly into another program I use called Training Peaks. I also listen to music during my workouts using a blue tooth headset. Switching back and forth between the music and videos is somewhat cumbersome. Based on my limited usage so far, I rated it a 4 although my perception is that with more use it will rise to a 5. All in all, I've found it a very helpful app. It would be helpful to have a similar program developed for the TRX Rip Trainer which I also use.
Could you make this available for the iPad? That would be most useful. Else, I'd give it an additional star.
