All TRX® functional training or exercise products identified below are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship and fit for normal use for their intended purpose. Carefully inspect the product before using the equipment. Check any TRX product for broken or damaged parts, as well as, frayed, torn or other damaged components.
WHAT DOES THIS LIMITED WARRANTY COVER?
This limited warranty covers defects in manufacture and materials in your new and genuine TRX® functional training or exercise products purchased through Fitness Anywhere LLC (“TRX”) or an authorized re-seller.
WHO DOES THE LIMITED WARRANTY COVER & HOW LONG DOES THE COVERAGE LAST?
This limited warranty covers the original purchaser only and does not cover injuries or damages to third parties using the products. Warranty Period duration is lied by product in the below table and arts from the date of delivery of the applicable product to the end-user.

WHAT WILL TRX DO?
At its discretion, TRX will repair or replace any defective TRX® products covered by this limited warranty, oer credit, or refund the purchase price to the original purchaser.

The terms of this limited warranty provide the exclusive and sole remedy available to you.

HOW DO YOU GET SERVICE?
To request any warranty service, please provide us proof of your purchase. For a replacement, PROVIDE WRITTEN NOTICE OF YOUR CLAIM WITHIN THIRTY DAYS OF WHEN YOU DISCOVERED THE DEFECT to: TRX Customer Service, 1660 Pacific Ave, San Francisco, CA 94109.

Once your product has been authenticated by a Customer Service Representative, you will be issued an RA # and instructions for returning the product. Customers are responsible for the co of shipping items to TRX.
After the product is received, a TRX product expert will inspect it and contact you within 3 business days to give you the results of the inspection. If your product is not covered under this limited warranty, it will be sent back to you.
TRX will pay the return shipping cost for all products that are covered under this limited warranty.
Any products sent to TRX without an RA # will be refused and returned to sender.
