How do I set up a Suspension Trainer at home?
The TRX Home Gym comes with two solutions to use your Suspension Trainer at home.
On a sturdy door: Use the TRX Door Anchor included in your kit. Attach your Suspension Trainer to the door anchor and place it over the top of your door. Close the door (and lock if you can!) and give the Suspension Trainer a light tug to pull the anchor taut.
Tip: Try to find doors that open away from the side you will be working out on. If you can’t, simply slide the anchor closer to the door’s hinges to get a bit more stability.
Anywhere: Use the yellow Suspension Anchor to workout off a tree, pull-up bar, jungle gym, fence or pole. Wrap the Suspension Anchor around the sturdy object and clip the yellow strap’s carabiner into one of the loops on the yellow strap, or around the strap. Then hook your Suspension Trainer to the open end of the yellow Suspension Anchor.

How do I locate my product's serial number?
How do I locate my TRX Suspension Trainer's serial number?
Your serial number is located on the product. It is hidden underneath one of the rubber badges that sit directly above the handles. Slide the badge up to view the serial number.
Enter all letters and numbers that appear on the product tag, with no spaces.
How do I locate my TRX Rip Trainer's serial number?
The serial number on your Rip Trainer is located on the product authenticity label. This label can be found on the end of the yellow bar. Note that some Rip Trainers may only have 9 digit serial numbers.

How do I register my product?
How do I download TRX videos to my iPad?
To get your TRX Instant video downloads onto your iPad, you will first need to download the video onto your computer, then transfer the download to iTunes. Once you sync your iPad, your video will be there.
For more help, follow these steps.
-Open the video you wish to download within My Locker, and click on the orange Download button.
-Open your downloads folder, and locate the compressed zip file. It will be a long string of numbers and letters.
-Right-click on the zip file and select the option to Extract All. Save the files in your preferred location. You can also open the compressed file and copy or drag and drop the video files to a new folder.
-Double click on the title of the video to access the mp4 file.
-Login to iTunes, and drop and drop the video file (mp4) to the movies tab on your iPad.
-Follow the iTunes steps to sync your iPad.
-Enjoy the workouts!
Where do I find the token to access my content?
Each authentic TRX Suspension Trainer and TRX Rip Trainer will arrive with a token card in the box. Simply follow the instructions, starting with logging in to your account, to access your content.
For TRX digital download videos purchased, you will receive an email with the token code. Login to My Locker or create an account and click on "Redeem a Token in the left side column. Then simply copy and paste this code into the box. Enjoy your content!

Can I change my order once I’ve placed it?
